POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Permanent, full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week
  • Standard first shift hours with potential for flexible scheduling
  • Work week: Monday through Friday

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the management of arbitration processes, evaluate applicant qualifications, and provide technical automotive expertise
  • Conduct financial audits of automotive dealer records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Negotiate settlements for disputes involving consumers and manufacturers
  • Review automotive service records for compliance with dealership standards
  • Assess warranty coverage for vehicle issues
  • Test drive vehicles to identify drivability and safety concerns
  • Engage with consumers participating in the Lemon Law arbitration program
  • Collaborate with state agencies, automotive dealers, and manufacturers
  • Facilitate enforcement actions with legal representatives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
