Bertera Subaru of Hartford is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team in our state-of-the-art service center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on Subaru vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Vehicle Repairs and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including flushes, oil changes, and other services, in accordance with dealership and Subaru standards.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a clear and concise manner to service advisors and customers.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Technical Knowledge: Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology.
- Inspect and Test Vehicles: Inspect and test new vehicles to identify any necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Automotive Technician Certification: Preferred.
- 2+ Years of Experience: Required.
