Fleet Management Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Management Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at TÜV SÜD America, Inc. This position entails overseeing all company-owned and leased vehicles across various legal entities in North America and beyond. Collaborating with the Procurement team, you will liaise with multiple departments to ensure that the organization's vehicle-related needs are effectively addressed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Fleet Management Service Providers to assess vehicle requirements
  • Administer driver profiles within the fleet management system
  • Evaluate vehicle replacement options and offer informed recommendations
  • Facilitate vehicle procurement and negotiate terms
  • Assist in the logistics of vehicle pickups, transfers, and exchanges
  • Review and authorize maintenance requests
  • Manage insurance claims and policy renewals
  • Oversee fleet-related invoices and contractual agreements
  • Implement international fleet management protocols
  • Investigate programs for fuel management, toll processing, and driver safety initiatives
Required Qualifications:
