Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Beacon Hill. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to tenants, maintaining the appearance of assigned properties, and managing operating expenses and capital expenditures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between tenant and construction management, participating in punch list walk-throughs and follow-up, and coordinating finish selections.
- Respond promptly to tenant needs, addressing requests for service and assistance.
- Evaluate annually all service contract requirements and oversee property maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and site inspections.
- Process and approve Accounts Payable and Collections of Accounts Receivables.
- Prepare annual budgets and provide monthly variance reports, ensuring accurate data updates of any lease changes.
- Develop a comprehensive capital improvement schedule for each property.
- Coordinate operating expense reconciliations with accounting and understand various lease provisions.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, administrative personnel, and assure superior tenant service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, and related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in property management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Yardi Property Management System.
