The Role

As a Family Support Coordinator, you will work with families who have sons and daughters eligible for DDS services. Your role will involve providing home-based services to assist families in identifying their needs and accessing community supports.

Responsibilities
  • Inform families about available supports and services
  • Assist families in obtaining state and federal entitlement benefits
  • Have an understanding of Massachusetts Special Education Laws
  • Collaborate with other agencies and support staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field
  • Up to two years of family support case management experience
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
