Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate HR Coordinator to join our team at Highgate Hotels Corporate Office in TX. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Executive Office and Human Resource Department, assisting with daily tasks, employee relations, training, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to EVP, SVP of HR, and VP of Talent Management
  • Book executive travel and manage calendars
  • Craft internal announcements and process invoices
  • Process expense reports and maintain employee files
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, reference checks, and background checks
  • Update HR contact lists and maintain monthly reports
  • Provide backup assistance to the Corporate Receptionist
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Heavy travel booking experience and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under time constraints, and maintain confidentiality
