Job Title: Lead Analyst Corporate Applications

At Vistra Corporate Services Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst Corporate Applications to join our team. As a key member of our corporate applications team, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of our corporate applications solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and development/configuration for corporate applications, with a focus on critical applications such as Sales and Use Tax and Direct Tax.
  • Identify and implement projects to improve the productivity of assigned business areas.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure that business requirements are fully understood and translated into technical/executable delivery units.
  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for corporate functions, including Finance and Accounting, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
  • Drive cloud transformation projects to lower IT infrastructure costs and create additional flexibility for business units.
  • Update/create documentation, including Business Process Designs and Functional Designs.
  • Contribute to application strategy and architecture in alignment with business needs.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of techno-functional experience in Sales and Use Tax and Direct Tax type of applications, corporate applications, or ERP business process improvement and implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage organizational change projects affecting a wide user base and large corporate systems.
  • Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills.

Key Metrics:

  • Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities.
  • Provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts.
  • Individual contributor that is fully proficient in applying established standards; knowledge based acquired from several years of experience in a particular area.
  • System availability for applications under role's leadership.
  • Closure of P1 and P2 tickets.
  • Project and agile delivery adherence.
