We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrator to join our team at Rose's Agency in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for a dedicated and organized individual who can effectively manage the daily operations of our multi-level home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedules for principals and their family members
  • Assist with care for our small-medium friendly dog, including dog walks, feeding, and vet/grooming visits
  • Maintain the home's organization and tidiness, including unloading the dishwasher, taking out trash, and keeping the home well stocked
  • Oversee vendors and service providers, ensuring seamless execution of tasks
  • Supervise and manage renovations and construction projects
  • Contribute to interior decorating efforts and have a keen eye for detail
  • Pitch in wherever help is needed, supporting big and small tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Proficiency in using technology, including G-suite, Asana, and messaging apps
  • Dedicated and resourceful individual with sound judgment
  • Candidates must be legal to work in the United States and possess a clear background check

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Employer-paid health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 7 sick days and 10 vacation days, with advance approval required

Austin, TX-based candidates preferred. Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation for errands.
