- Schedule Management: Assist in managing the schedule to ensure adequate coverage and minimize wait times for patients.
- Registration and Insurance Verification: Oversee the registration and insurance verification process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Checkout Process: Ensure a smooth checkout process for patients, including processing payments and handling any issues that may arise.
- Day Sheet Records: Perform weekly packaging of day sheet records to help reconcile receipts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Task Logs and Patient Disposition: Ensure compliance with daily task logs and patient disposition logs to maintain accurate records and ensure patient safety.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain inventory levels to support day-to-day front office operations.
- EOBs and Insurance Payments: Ensure EOBs and insurance payments are scanned and invoices are sent in a timely manner.
- Cleanliness and Decorum: Ensure the cleanliness and decorum of all spaces within the facility, including patient rooms and common areas.
- Worker's Comp Files: Maintain accurate and up-to-date Worker's Comp files and records.
- State DOT Physicals Program: Oversee the State DOT Physicals program to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Patient Complaints: Handle patient complaints in a professional and confidential manner.
- Medical Assistant Certificate: Must possess a Medical Assistant Certificate.
- BLS Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- Weekend Availability: Must be willing to work weekends and some afternoon shifts.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Competitive Pay: $21.00 per hour.
