Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Medical Front Office Admin to join our healthcare client in Dana Point. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity that requires strong administrative and customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing front office administrative duties, including patient check-in and out, scheduling appointments, and updating patient demographics. They will also be responsible for assisting with referrals, insurance verification, and providing exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year customer service/admin experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office required
