Job Title: Insurance Business Development Representative

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask, ensuring seamless customer service experiences. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where our team members can thrive. As an Insurance Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in meeting new business production goals and objectives.

A Property & Casualty license is beneficial but not necessary; we will provide training for the right individual.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Process customer policy change requests
  • Secure all trailing documents from customers
  • Complete evidence of insurance requests

Requirements:
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is beneficial
