Job Summary

USmax Corporation is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions, drive business growth, and foster a positive work environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, providing guidance to management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and training programs
  • Administer benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OFCCP requirements and EEO-1 filings
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the company's resource and talent strategy
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the federal contracting industry
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems, such as ADP Workforce Now
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification desired
