Position Overview:

The Human Resources Office at George Mason University is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of a part-time Customer Service Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in fostering an inclusive and diverse environment, aligning with the university's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced front office setting.
  • Assist a diverse community of university visitors and staff.
  • Manage data entry and maintain records to support the New Employee Welcome Center.

  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a university or HR setting is highly desirable, particularly in a high-volume office environment.
