About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established law firm in Essex County, New Jersey as a Legal Administrative Assistant.

\

The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with prior administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in a law firm setting. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.

\

Additional details include a salary range of $60K - $70K commensurate with experience, plus benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, and 401K.

\

We offer a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Our team is dedicated to providing timely legal staffing services to law firms and corporate legal departments serving the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area.
