Security Systems Administrator

The Security Systems Administrator will play a key role in supporting the overall security posture of Eastern Bank. This includes ensuring the accuracy and reliability of security-related data, identifying potential security risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address these risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of security-related policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews of security-related data to identify potential security risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to Bank staff and contractors on security-related procedures and protocols.
- Assist with the investigation of security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and maintenance of a physical security web page.
- Work closely with Emergency Management to support emergency preparedness efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the integration of Bank Security systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, cybersecurity).
- 3-5 years of experience in a security operation, intelligence, or investigations role.
- Experience with access control, VMS, and intrusion systems.
- Knowledge of Feenics, Verint, and DMP systems preferred.
- Certifications in security-related areas (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) a plus.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
