Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides essential front office support to program administrators, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to phone calls and visitor inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and perform various administrative tasks as assigned
  • Assist in organizing and updating client files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and secure
  • Provide general clerical support, including data entry, mail distribution, and equipment maintenance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, demonstrating a positive attitude and adaptability

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Previous experience working in an office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

Compensation:

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $25/hour, resulting in an estimated weekly income of $312.50 for 12.5 hours worked. Our benefits package includes a 403(b) savings plan and generous time off.
