Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm with no weekend or holiday hours.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prepare routine correspondence using various software packages and ensure accuracy by proofreading and checking for spelling, grammar, layout, and punctuation errors.">
  • Maintain established databases and compile routine information for inclusion in reports, potentially creating simple spreadsheets and graphs using department data.">
  • Process forms, make copies, scan documents, prepare faxes, and order office supplies as requested.">
  • Establish and maintain files and records.">
  • Provide backup support for other areas when needed.">
  • Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.">
  • Maintain calendars, arrange appointments, meetings, and track documentation.">
  • Perform other duties as required.">

Requirements:

  • A high school degree or equivalent is required.">
  • Prior experience in administrative or related roles is necessary, with a preference for those with healthcare background or knowledge.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.">
  • The ability to use standard corporate software packages is required.">
  • Multitasking and working under tight deadlines are key aspects of this role.">
  • Proficiency in typing is necessary.">
  • A Covid vaccine card is mandatory.">
