We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to support our operations. At ParadigmWorks Group Inc., we prioritize connecting talent with opportunities across the U.S., ensuring a supportive and engaging work environment.
Position Summary:
This role involves providing procurement assistance in accordance with both organizational and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently acquire goods, services, and materials while adhering to company protocols.
- Ensure compliance with procurement review policies and procedures.
- Accurately document all procurement activities.
- Manage and issue purchasing requisitions and orders in line with corporate guidelines.
- Oversee procedures for materials and supplies owned by the government.
- Develop and announce requirements for proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Collaborate with contractors and maintenance personnel on project specifications.
- Adhere to wage determinations and procurement regulations.
- Clearly communicate procurement guidelines to all relevant staff.
- Follow all applicable procurement regulations.
- Achieve performance benchmarks and objectives.
- Maintain policies related to property control.
- Provide insights on employability skills.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to established guidelines and policies.
- Guide appropriate career standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience in purchasing is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
- Technologically proficient.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
