We are currently looking for a Head of Event Technology Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for J & S Audio Visual with clients and venue management.
- Engage with hotel personnel to foster a mutually beneficial relationship regarding sales and service expectations.
- Oversee the daily setup and dismantling of audio-visual equipment for meetings and significant corporate events.
- Regularly collaborate with freelancers to ensure timely preparation for events.
- Manage all monthly billing and invoicing processes to guarantee timely payments.
- Supervise inventory management to ensure that all equipment is tracked and accounted for consistently.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within audio-visual operations.
- 3 years of experience as a primary technology specialist for various events.
- Background in sales or customer service within the hospitality or event production sectors.

- Professional demeanor with the ability to articulate concepts and instructions clearly.
