Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring processes and procedures are in place and that our Recruitment team has the support they need to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive candidate experience, ensuring a best-in-class service level.
  • Provide recruitment support including posting jobs, scheduling prescreening and interviews, managing the pre-employment process, and candidate communication and follow-ups.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all endeavors, understanding that the growth of the company is dependent on it.
  • Assist with the administration of recruitment programs.
  • Ensure that we adhere to a consistent hiring process across the company.
  • Assist with market research, data collection, and analysis on recruitment source effectiveness and obtaining additional resources in the ATS and HRIS.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Recruiting team to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting operational best practices.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the recruitment process and proactively provide actionable solutions.
  • Understanding of telecom industry dynamics and talent needs is a plus.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of work.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail while moving at a rapid pace addressing competing priorities.
  • High School diploma required; College degree/certification preferred.
  • 2- 4 years' recruitment support experience preferred.
  • General understanding and experience navigating within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Paycor and ADP experience preferred.
