Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
  • Post job openings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Work closely with Sr. Recruiting Lead to manage prioritization of roles/candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruiting metrics.
  • Build relationships with candidates and create a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Present innovative and thoughtful ideas to improve our hiring process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, HR, or Behavioral Health Discipline OR equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1-year experience working in Talent Acquisition in the behavioral health space (preferred).
  • Familiarity with behavioral health license types/requirements by state (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
