Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Director to lead our Calabasas branch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving member experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and manage all sales, member experience, service, and operations activities of the assigned branch to achieve profitable distribution of our products and services.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Manage the branch sales team to ensure achievement of sales goals, including desired levels of product sales, volume, mix segment growth, and market share.
  • Member Experience: Ensure the day-to-day elements of our Member Experience are in place and executed by all staff members.
  • Business Development: Develop and participate in various business development and community activities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Staff Management: Provide overall direction to and set the standard for excellence for assigned branch management and staff.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure delivery of high-quality member service in all aspects of sales and operational activities of the assigned branch.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of retail banking sales management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Thorough knowledge of lending, financial products, and services. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong oral and written communication skills.
