Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities encompass underwriting and executing new transactions, alongside portfolio management.

The team specializes in providing innovative leveraged capital solutions to private equity clients, facilitating their investments in the technology sector.

Essential Functions

Underwriting

Financial Modeling – develops projection models based on financial sponsor or internal assumptions, with comprehensive analysis of historical financial data.


Due Diligence – evaluates materials provided by target companies and sponsors, including historical financials, management presentations, and CIMs; reviews third-party documents such as Quality of Earnings and Recurring Revenue Reports; creates diligence request lists to address inquiries arising from the review of materials while identifying gaps in the provided information.

Prepares loan packages for approvals utilizing First Citizens' systems.

Employs analysis and independent judgment to formulate recommendations for VP/Directors.

Assists in steering the internal deal approval process alongside VP/Director.

Portfolio Management

Ensures timely and accurate reporting from portfolio companies.

Manages and creates credit files for internal compliance, regulatory reviews, and internal reporting.

Prepares documents and presentations for quarterly portfolio reviews and ad hoc internal assessments.

Conducts research and analysis as directed, including updating and maintaining portfolio analytics and credit statistics.

External Responsibilities

Engages in discussions with sponsors and management teams at portfolio companies.
