Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Check-in and Scheduling: Check-in patients for appointments, verify patient demographics and insurance information, and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Front Desk Operations: Answer telephones, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Clerical Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Three months to one year of experience in a medical office or administrative setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in using office equipment and software.
