Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Specialist to join our team at T. Rowe Price. As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional administrative support to senior leaders and individual contributors, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen calls and visitors, resolving inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct complex administrative assignments, such as meeting planning, material production, and logistical arrangements.
  • Perform special projects across multiple teams, including process design and execution oversight.
  • Conduct research, compile and analyze data, and provide accurate information to senior leaders and individual contributors.
  • Coordinate executive and committee meetings, including logistics, meeting materials, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Assist with the preparation of correspondences, memoranda, and reports, as well as copying and filing documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • Professionalism, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Extensive travel and expense management experience, with knowledge of travel booking systems and software.
