About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to join our team at Mina Group. As a Michelin-starred, celebrity chef-led organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all culinary operations, providing guidance and mentorship to kitchen staff
  • Develop seasonal menus and specials, working closely with the general manager and corporate culinary and operations teams
  • Supervise and coordinate planning, training, and leadership to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation
  • Work with corporate chefs and HR to develop internship programs that promote diversity, education, and discipline
Requirements
  • 6 years' experience in a fine dining high-volume kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds
  • Have the stamina to work in excess of 50 hours per week
  • Spanish language skills a plus
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
