Reports To: Regional Director of Clinical Sales
Territory: Designated regions
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively present and promote company offerings to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop strategic action plans and schedules to target specific markets and forecast contact goals.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing activities, sales closures, follow-ups, and goal adherence.
- Relay insights on new products, services, and market feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activities.
- Identify and engage potential sales prospects and manage assigned accounts.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge.
- Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as seminars and trade exhibitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful sales closure.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in medical or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Experience in Durable Medical Equipment is advantageous.
- Clinical experience as a respiratory therapist is a plus but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years in medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical sales, or relevant clinical experience.
- Strong background in pharmaceutical, medical supply, or medical device sales.
- Experience in respiratory or sleep-related sales is highly desirable.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire.
