Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. As a key member of our Mail Center, you will be responsible for handling all materials received, delivering and picking up packages, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all materials received in the Mail Center, including receiving, reviewing, and processing documents.
  • Deliver, pick up, and transport materials within and between departments.
  • Deliver office supplies and copy paper.
  • Perform light copier maintenance and replace toner as needed.
  • Inspect deliveries for suspicious or threatening items.
  • Pick up outbound boxes and packages from internal customer locations.
  • Sort items into categories and prepare them for processing, shipment, or transportation.
  • Enter activity data in logs and maintain records.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Handle work order service requests and prepare outbound courier shipments.
  • Scanning checks into bank systems.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Mail/Print services or related field.
  • Knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
