About the Role
As Associate Director of Product of our Provider AI Platform, you'll be responsible for developing our 3rd party platform to provide capabilities that support physicians and their teams. With rapidly advancing AI technologies, there are many ways that we can help improve healthcare providers' productivity and improve outcomes for their patients. We know that all of those capabilities won't be built inside of Innovaccer, so your job will be to identify partner organizations that can provide value, lead the work to integrate their capabilities into our point-of-care product and build out our 3rd party platform to enable more successful integrations that benefit our customer.

Key Skills
  • Experience building world-class products. Experience building platforms including working across multiple companies to bring a product to market successfully is a strong plus
  • Medical informatics and clinical workflow experience. Formal clinical training is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills. Ability to present well and think on your feet, both internally and with users/customers/partners
  • Technical depth. Ability to work with UX designers and engineers to identify product solutions
  • High level of organization and project management, along with a good sense of prioritization, to keep your teams on track

What You Need
  • Work with our Business Development org to identify good partner organizations that would bring value to Innovaccer's platform
  • Identify what technical capabilities are needed to create a successful platform and build them out, using our initial partners to validate those capability needs
  • Work with Engineering and UX design teams at Innovaccer, along with counterparts at partner organizations to bring joint products to market that serve customer needs
  • Define requirements and participate in agile/tracking processes to track delivery and summarize to leadership
  • Work with go-to-market counterparts at Innovaccer to position our products and help them sell our capabilities
