Role Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the selected ad server tailored to our business needs.
  • Oversee and optimize advertising inventory across various platforms.
  • Coordinate and monitor ad campaigns in alignment with specifications from our campaign management teams.
  • Ensure accurate ad serving, resolve discrepancies, and enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage phased rollouts and conduct A/B testing for campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, etc.) and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Identify and apply strategies to boost ad performance and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the campaign management team to align on campaign objectives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in advertising technology.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising operations or a related domain, demonstrating:
  • Proven expertise with ad server platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager).
  • Experience in onboarding publisher sell-side ad servers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
