Position Overview

The Power Purchase Agreement Management Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing the management of energy supply contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. This position involves collaborating with various teams to facilitate the successful execution of renewable and non-renewable energy agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Oversee the administration of long-term renewable and non-renewable power purchase agreements, ensuring all contractual milestones are met and documented accurately.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of contract performance, amendments, and compliance reports, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Dispute Resolution: Liaise with legal teams and counterparties to address and resolve contractual disputes effectively.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit necessary data for regulatory filings and annual financial reporting, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in relevant software applications is essential.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of the energy sector, project management, and contract management principles is advantageous. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and experience in a regulated environment will be beneficial.
