PacifiCorp is seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Analyst to join our team in Portland, OR. As a key member of our Resource Planning department, you will be responsible for managing pre-commercial and commercial energy supply contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor pre-commercial long-term renewable power purchase agreements, contributing to the successful advancement of clean energy technologies.
- Contract Tracking and Compliance: Track pre-commercial construction performance milestones, lead monthly meetings with suppliers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contract terms.
- Renewable and Non-Renewable Energy Agreements: Manage and document the tracking, fulfillment, and enforcement of contractual obligations for complex renewable Power Purchase Agreements, non-renewable long-term Power Purchase Agreements, and Transportation Service Agreements.
- Dispute Resolution and Contract Amendments: Liaise with counterparty and legal to resolve disputes and finalize contract amendments and metering agreements.
- Business Process Development: Develop and maintain business processes, systems, and applications to measure contract performance towards obligations with detailed supporting documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong planning and analytical skills, proficient with personal computers, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Knowledge of energy industry, project management, contract management, and applicable federal, state, and local governmental laws and regulations.
PacifiCorp is a leading energy company committed to customer service excellence, environmental sustainability, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. We offer a competitive salary range of $76,200 - $89,600, an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
