Lead Care Management Supervisor

Become a part of ABI Resources as a Supervisor Support Manager, where you will oversee a dedicated group of care professionals focused on improving the lives of individuals recovering from neurological conditions, including brain injuries and strokes.
Primary Duties:- Direct and mentor a team of direct care personnel
- Assess and ensure the excellence of care delivered
- Facilitate continuous training and skill enhancement
- Collaborate closely with clients and their families to identify their needs
- Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within the healthcare sector
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
