Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes, and delegates daily crew assignments
- Conducts on-site training and safety education
- Implements safe work practices and provides training
- Engages with property owners and clients
- Keeps precise records and documentation
- Manages crew expenses and submits operational reports
- Coordinates with clients, law enforcement, and fire services
- Ensures adherence to safety protocols and equipment upkeep
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with job-related diagrams and symbols
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and operate company vehicles
- Comfortable working at heights
Education & Experience:
- Minimum age of 18
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Essential Requirements:
- Valid CDL is mandatory
Physical Demands:
- RARE tasks include crawling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- OCCASIONAL tasks involve various physical activities
- FREQUENT tasks include walking, sitting, and reading
- CONTINUOUS tasks involve clear communication and visual awareness
Safety Considerations:
Employees must possess the necessary physical capabilities to manage hazardous equipment and operate under demanding conditions.
- Work occurs near power lines and loud machinery
- Exposure to all weather conditions and natural elements
- Engagement in physically intensive tasks at heights and on uneven terrain
