Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, and delegates daily crew assignments
  • Conducts on-site training and safety education
  • Implements safe work practices and provides training
  • Engages with property owners and clients

  • Coordinates with clients, law enforcement, and fire services
  • Ensures adherence to safety protocols and equipment upkeep

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid CDL is mandatory

  • RARE tasks include crawling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • OCCASIONAL tasks involve various physical activities
  • FREQUENT tasks include walking, sitting, and reading
  • CONTINUOUS tasks involve clear communication and visual awareness

Safety Considerations:

Employees must possess the necessary physical capabilities to manage hazardous equipment and operate under demanding conditions.

  • Work occurs near power lines and loud machinery
  • Exposure to all weather conditions and natural elements
  • Engagement in physically intensive tasks at heights and on uneven terrain
