The Project Supervisor will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of project management, including construction, budgeting, and cash flow for a designated project, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, payment estimates, operational procedures, and resource allocation to ensure timely project execution.
  • Create and maintain the project organizational structure and staffing assignments for each production phase, ensuring project objectives are met on time.
  • Provide technical expertise during project bidding and interviews, addressing contract specifications and scheduling conflicts with clients.
  • Engage proactively with all project stakeholders, including partners, landowners, business owners, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate project success.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with the construction management team to identify project risks and negotiate change orders to optimize project delivery.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing water or wastewater projects is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with alternative project delivery methods is advantageous.
