Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and supervise the technical elements of projects concerning water, wastewater, recycled water, and utility infrastructure across various scales.
  • Client Engagement: Spearhead business development initiatives by connecting with clients, collaborating on proposals, and participating in interviews.
  • Engineering Direction: Oversee project engineering tasks including design, bidding, and construction assistance.
  • Financial Management: Handle contract negotiations, project quality assurance, and financial outcomes.
  • Communication: Ensure transparent communication with team members and clients to address their requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical teams throughout the organization.
  • Staff Development: Guide and provide training to junior technical staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • 15+ years of pertinent experience.
  • Robust technical understanding of the water/wastewater sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding client service.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Salary Range: The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $161,000 to $182,000, depending on education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and location.
