Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in water general contracting to oversee critical projects in the region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction or treatment plant environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, including pay estimates and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including partners and regulatory bodies, to facilitate project success.
  • Provide technical guidance during project pursuits and participate in bid interviews as needed.
  • Identify project risks and negotiate change orders to optimize production efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater project management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary ranges from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, employee ownership opportunities, a company vehicle or allowance, paid time off, and annual performance-based bonuses.
