Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the day-to-day route operations to ensure safe and efficient transportation services.
  • Monitor and report sign-in/sign-out times, route timeliness, and service issues to the Dispatch Supervisors or Dispatch Managers as necessary.
  • Communicate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in analysis and review of operating performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Dispatch Supervisors and Dispatch Managers to develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the service area and transportation industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with Trapeze software.
  • Demonstrate a high customer service commitment.
  • Able to demonstrate professional phone manner.
  • Knowledge of the service area is a plus.
