Job Title: Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to join our team at Carolina Therapeutic Services Community Development. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and distribute mail to appropriate entities
Schedule meetings and appointments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized front desk space
Collaborate with the Program Manager and Clinical Director to organize office operations
Coordinate with the IT department for technology needs
Review and verify payment of vendor invoices
Manage contract negotiations with office vendors
Provide general support to visitors

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
Knowledge of office processes and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management and communication skills
