- Assist with club pick up orders, including contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times, informing them of unavailable products, and offering alternative options.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
