Product Management Director

Topcon Healthcare is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Product Management to lead our digital health transformation efforts in neurology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of clinical decision support systems that improve patient outcomes and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify barriers in clinical practice along the patient journey for neurological disease and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Design, execute, and monitor plans to incorporate clinical decision support activities related to management of neurological diseases.
- Work closely with Medical Affairs and Clinical Science to lead clinical data generation design and management and thought leader interactions.
- Evaluate, synthesize, and visualize clinical and economic data to inform clinical decision support strategies.
- Implement clinical decision support strategies for neurological diseases to transform clinical care and patient outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant healthcare experience.
- Advanced degree associated with neurological diseases, preferably with a focus on AMD and Diabetic Retinopathy.
- Medical Affairs or similar experience in healthcare functions preferred.
- Strong customer orientation, adaptability, and business acumen.
- Competitive base pay range: $150,000 to $165,000 annualized.
- Eligibility for a 10% annual bonus.
- A comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
