We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Community Lifestyle Director to join our team at RealManage. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our homeowners and ensuring the smooth operation of our community facilities.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing facility staff and maintaining staff schedules
- Coordinating events and activities for the community, including special events and regular community activities
- Providing excellent customer service to homeowners and responding to their requests and inquiries
- Managing the community website and social media channels
- Attending HOA meetings and providing reports to the Board of Directors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in onsite HOA management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver's license
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 to $72,000, depending on education and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, HSA, FSA, education reimbursement, 401K matching, and employee assistance program.
