About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ASSA ABLOY. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including glazers, general contractors, and end-users.
- Work closely with our architectural and service sales teams to promote sales through specifications.
- Train on ASSA ABLOY factory products and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in an outside sales role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to large groups and build strong relationships with clients.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
