Job Overview

Position: Customer Service Representative II (Part-Time)

Cetechs, a small business, is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative II to support our operational team under the guidance of our Program Manager.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Local Site Manager or serve as a liaison with the designated Local Site Manager.
  • Oversee throughput to guarantee compliance with established performance benchmarks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care services.
  • Ensure compliance with the defined policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate the enrollment, issuance, and activation of PIV credentials.
  • Manage scheduling effectively.
  • Capture high-quality biometrics.
  • Conduct document validation.
  • Organize and secure PIV credentials efficiently.
  • Adhere to established protocols to modify operating schedules due to planned or unforeseen events.
  • Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds and able to maneuver a mail cart or hand truck.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role is essential.
Work Schedule
  • 7:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
  • 8-hour shift.
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (24 hours weekly).
