KFI Engineers PC is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President, East Region to lead our East Region team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring the success of our East Region operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of industry experience, including 3 years in upper management
- Demonstrated working knowledge of an engineering business P&L and metrics for successful operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering or business
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification
Working Conditions:
- Some work locations may feature tough terrain or require lifting or moving field testing equipment
- Up to 25% travel, usually within North America
