Care Management Solutions Leadership Opportunity
EXL is seeking a Senior Vice President to drive the commercialization of our analytic, payment, and digital operation solutions into repeatable solutions for the healthcare market. This role will focus on building value in the market with a focus on utilization management and case management.
Our solutions are foundational to optimizing the healthcare spend and enable our clients to:
- Focus spend on services that optimize patient/member experience and outcomes
- Deliver insights and scale for stakeholders
- Optimize productivity of the healthcare workforce
- Clinical subject matter expert (SME) supporting commercialization and implementations
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the strategy, development, value creation, market leadership, and customer success of our solutions. Primary responsibilities include partnering with VP of Healthcare Market Solutions in maintaining market solution strategy and roadmap, driving solutions from idea to launch. Supporting SME and collaborating with customers, service delivery, technology, sales, marketing, and other parts of the organization to deliver on solution success metrics, including but not limited to revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inform and maintain the solution strategy, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution and meeting of customer requirements
- Be responsible for educating internal teams and customers on solution features
- Actively partner with customers, vendors/partners and internal departments to translate problem statements into solutions
- Work with sales, finance and leadership teams to determine customer solution, pricing and packaging approach
- Serve as SME for sales enablement activities
- Participate in market research to further clarify solution strengths and gaps to help feed into future solution definitions/strategy, document market landscape, and articulate solution business requirements
- Articulate core value proposition and competitive advantage to the market by working with marketing to build compelling sales and marketing presentations that properly position the products
- For defined strategy, inform and maintain end to end strategic solution roadmap
- Actively work to increase adoption of solution
- Prepare executive level updates internally and externally
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 10+ years' experience in Payer solutions and care management
- 5+ years in a managerial leadership role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders
- Strong appreciation for various delivery models including analytics, software, and platform enabled services models
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, global environment
- MBA and/or Advanced Degree preferred
