Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the staffing needs of our clients, recruiting and hiring qualified caregivers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client services department.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and hire qualified caregivers to meet client needs
- Manage client schedules and staffing assignments
- Develop and implement improvements to the recruitment process
- Collaborate with clinical managers and supervisors to address employee issues
- Participate in marketing and development activities to promote our services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One to two years of experience in recruiting or scheduling preferred
- Ability to work after hours on-call schedule
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One to two years of pediatric or neonatal experience preferred
- One year of home care experience highly preferred
- Competitive hourly rate of $19-$21
