Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding qualified caregivers, as well as managing staffing needs and schedules for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire qualified caregivers through various channels, including online job boards and referrals
  • Manage staffing needs and schedules for clients, ensuring adequate staffing levels and timely scheduling
  • Develop and implement improvements to the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Collaborate with branch location staff to determine staffing needs and develop solutions
  • Communicate with families, staff, and referral sources to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • One to two years of experience in recruiting, scheduling, or a related field
  • Ability to work after hours on-call schedule
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills and typing skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • One to two years of pediatric/neonatal experience preferred
  • One year of home care experience highly preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of 25 pounds
  • Prolonged sitting, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
Work Environment
  • Performs duties in an office environment with occasional field visits during agency operating hours
  • Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
