Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager Advanced to join our team at Dungarvin. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to empathize with clients in high-pressure situations. You will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving complex customer complaints, and performing ad-hoc projects as required.

In this role, you will work closely with our Operations Managers to identify and implement process improvements and ensure that our team is equipped with the latest technology and tools. Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues, developing and implementing solutions to complex problems, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
