Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects such as new store openings, client rollouts, and existing program changes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Communicate client expectations to franchisees/3POs, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Report project status to team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Manage schedules for franchisee/3PO transitions, minimizing disruptions and maintaining continuity.
  • Act as first-level escalation for customer service, resolving issues such as installation delays, service problems, pricing, or rate issues.
  • Resolve disputes between client locations and franchisees/3POs, promoting a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Ensure system accuracy by processing paperwork and updating data, maintaining the integrity of our systems.
  • Coordinate inventory integrity with franchisees/3POs, ensuring accurate tracking and management of stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Advanced customer service experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience managing accounts, projects, and clients/vendors preferred, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word experience required, with proficiency in JD Edwards and Business Objects or similar ERP and report writer programs.
